This jam perfectly merges the tangy and complex flavor of ginger with the unrivaled sweetness of ripe peaches. The jam makes an ideal condiment for duck and is equally delicious with robbiolo cheese. Use it also to create an easy glaze by warming the jam with a little balsamic vinegar, port, and olive oil. Delicious brushed on poultry before grilling too.
