A gastronomical experiment that shows how Spanish olive oil evolves during the months of October, November, and December. In order to appreciate the color differences, the company has used transparent bottles coated in colorless varnish. The fine extra virgin olive oils are collected in the olive orchards in southern Spain. They are all made from the same variety of olive, Arbequina, but each one is collected in a different month: October, November, and December. A fantastic gift box, including a booklet with recipes that are paired with each oil.
