For centuries we’ve celebrated this time of year as the end of harvest, beginning of the winter solstice, Christmas, and the many traditions that it entails. Musicians and composers from all time periods have delighted in the magical and mysterious qualities the season brings each year. Some of these wonderful songs, melodies, and choruses and have endured since the beginning and some have become classics even this year.
