Grilled Sweet Corn Dusted with Casa M Spice
6 Ears fresh corn, husked
1 Recipe compound butter
Compound Butter Recipe:
2 Sticks unsalted butter at room temperature
2T Red onion
2T Garlic
2t Fresh Rosemary
1t Thyme
1t Parsley
1t Casa M Spice Chain Reaction Seasoning
Set out room temperature butter in a bowl. Mince all of the fresh ingredients and add to the butter. Sprinkle Chain Reaction over the butter. Stir the butter to incorporate all the ingredients, and set aside to rub on the grilled corn.
Husk the fresh corn and soak in a bowl of freshwater for 6-10 minutes. Preheat grill to 350 – 400 degrees. Shake excess water from the corn and place it on the grill. Grill for about 5 minutes a side or until you can just pierce the kernel with a fork. Remove from the grill and spread compound butter over all of the corn. Dust each ear of corn with Case M Spice Cattle Drive and Chain Reaction. Serve and enjoy. Any extra butter will keep in the refrigerator for another day.

Yum! Alternativel, slather corn with Butter Craft Provisions Fire-Roasted Jalapeno Butter. So many ears of corn, so few recipes…sigh.
The Jalepeno is delicious! We just put it on a bun with pulled chicken! Yum!
